(4) Is there a copy of building permission certificateFinal approval from the EIA and City hall was front page news two weeks ago in local papers and the Bangkok Post. The actual document is numbered 824 and is 130 pages and can be inspected at the Siam Best Enterprises Co. Ltd. offices.
(5) Title/ownershipThose who buy now will have a clause in their contract that ownership will be in their name.
